This blog is completely anonymous, and secure. You're welcome to add your name if you wish, or you can sign with your initials, or a pseudonym, or nothing at all. Most of us feel more secure writing anonymously. Unless otherwise indicated, we will publish your contribution anonymously.

You can write 100 words on one particular thing that you've struggled with, or write 1,000 words on your whole experience. It's up to you.

If you have images you'd like to share, attach them to the email, and we can include them.

We will not be publishing any 'positive SeneGence stories' for 'balance', for the same reasons this article sets out. We're after the truth here, not so-called balance.

Abusive emails will be passed around for shits and giggles. They will be treated as non-anonymous, and may be posted here for all to see.
